Our Service is for Japanese citizens who want to apply for:

1. Renewal of Japanese Passport
       At the minimum, the required documents for passport applications are below. Please call us for details.
   1. Application Form (Available at the service. You may also request in advance. Please call us for details.)
   2. Photograph (3.5cm×4.5cm, front, head uncovered, no background, taken within 6 months)
   3. Current Japanese passport
   4. Greencard, original and a copy (If you are a permanent resident.)
   5. US passport or Birth Certificate, original and a copy (If you have dual nationality.)
   6. Koseki-Tohon, issued within 6 months. (not necessary for renewal prior to expiration date if no changes in any entry, and if Overseas Residence Registration(Zairyu-todoke) has been submitted.)

3. Registration of identification for Overseas election (Zaigai-Senkyonin-sho)


4. Certification for Birth, Marriage, Divorce and Death (Shomei)
